Solving Email Management with Simplicity and Context
Seamless Integration:Outlook 16 introduced changes to core functionalities, prompting us to research and craft a UX that works seamlessly across desktop, cloud, Windows, and macOS.
Context Preservation:Notes needed to connect fluidly to both emails and contacts. Structuring this relationship while keeping it intuitive posed a significant UX challenge.
Visual & Functional Clarity:With features like related threads, filtering, and recovery, we had to keep the interface clean and easy to use—even for first-time users.
